At Alistair Fleming Design, our Lewes showroom is a testament to the enduring allure of bespoke craftsmanship, combining traditional aesthetics with modern sophistication. Our latest Shaker display exemplifies this philosophy, featuring carefully selected components that harmonise to create a kitchen that is not just functional but visually striking.
Central to this new display is the application of Little Greene Paint Company's "Chocolate" No. 124, a deeply saturated brown that evokes a sense of grounded elegance. This color choice is pivotal, not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its historical significance. Originating from a recipe that dates back to Georgian times, this rich hue complements the kitchen's classic elements with a contemporary twist. The Chocolate color works harmoniously with the Fine English Antique finish of the Barwick handles from Armac Martin, enhancing the luxurious feel of the brass and adding depth to the kitchen's overall design.
Armac Martin's Barwick collection handles are the epitome of luxury in detail. With a design inspired by the rich history of brassware craftsmanship, these handles add a layer of sophistication to the Shaker cabinets. The fine English antique finish of these handles pairs exquisitely with the Chocolate paint, creating a seamless blend of tradition and luxury that complements the white veining of the Carrara marble countertops (Armac Martin Barwick Collection).
